CREAM IN MY COFFEE This spread is in my on-going Altered Book about my love for coffee. I don't just Like coffee, I Love coffee. I love everything about coffee - the smell of the beans, the mess of the grinder, the feel of the warm cup in my hands, the anticipation of that first sip.

This page is layered. I painted the background with Fresco re-inkers and then stamped the words with Jessie's alphabet from Turtle Press. The acetate overlay is an inkjet copy of a photograph of crumbling walls that I took in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I love the depth the transparency adds to a very simple page.
