Christy Fosberg A 36 yr old high school visual arts teacher and mother of a 20 month old bucket of energy! I recently was introduced to altered art when I decided to teach artists' journals to my students. They were such a phenomenal success that I used them as the basis of my professional workshop on engaging reluctant learners while completing my Visual Arts Honours Specialist this summer. I absolutely love this new art form, and will be promoting it to anyone I can, including the school board where I teach. I think this society has a noble mission of promoting the arts, and I hope to be a contributing part of that!
